As usual, you gave us a great vacation, and we just wanted to say thanks.  I know, for our first two trips with you, we waited until the last minute to make the arrangements.  We had hoped that by starting early this year, we would make your job easier.  The death in the family certainly threw everything into chaos, and the fact that you were able to change everything over in a matter of hours with little or no cost to us is nothing short of a miracle.  I know it required a lot of work on your part, and I sincerely appreciate what you did for us.  It meant a lot to me and my family.
 
Once we finally got to Disney, the trip was perfect.  Really enjoyed the Caribbean Beach Resort, better than French Quarter because of the bigger food court on the resort.  The bus ride to the parks was also shorter.
 
Dining was great, as usual.  This was our first time at 50's Prime Time (fantastic), Brown Derby (good, but not worth 2 coupons), Mama Melrose (awesome), and Crystal Palace (enjoyed the buffet).  Return trip to Sci Fi was great, and while we like Coral Reef, we probably will not go back.  Overall, though, the reservations were perfect.  Perfect times, locations, everything.  No problems with our reservations anywhere.  The 50's Prime Time was probably our favorite of the week.
 
Again, I can't say thanks enough for your flexibility.  I can't imagine any other travel agent reacting the way you did when I called you the day of our trip to tell you we had to reschedule.  I'll be glad to give you a quote, testimonial, reference, etc, if you ever need it. 
 
I hope your business continues to take off, and we plan to call you the next time we want to go anywhere.  Thanks again, and let me know if you need anything.

I just wanted to let you know that Chris and I had an amazing time in Jamaica.  The Couples experience was all that we had hoped for, and more!  We have decided that the all-inclusive resorts are definitely the way to take a vacation.  We didn't have to worry about anything.  We ate and drank to our hearts' content, took advantage of many of the activities and excursions, and just laid on the beach - all without a wallet or a pocketbook - and it was absolutely wonderful!  The resort was beautiful, the hospitality was incredible - the whole experience was what we have always dreamed of as the perfect honeymoon!

Thank you so much for recommending Couples, and for planning everything for us - everything went very smoothly with no glitches.  We will definitely contact you the next time we are ready for a vacation, and we will definitely recommend your agency to our friends and family in the future.

Cliff & I returned safely from Jamaica and are sad to be back to reality.   Our honeymoon was wonderful.  We loved Couples Swept Away and our room was great.  We ended up being in room 3117, on the bottom level.  It turns out, we are so glad that we were on the bottom b/c you can just walk right out and go to the beach.  People do walk by your room, but it's no big deal and definitely wasn't a bother.

The staff, food and spa services were great.  We stopped by Couples Negril on our way to the airport Saturday and they definitely have the better pool and the swim-up bar is nice...but it sounds like Swept Away is getting a new pool, so that's good.

Thank you for everything you did to make our trip special.  I used the $50 gift certificate to get a pedicure while I was there - thank you!!  I hope to email you pictures of our room soon  - I have some great overview shots of our verandah and porch.

I just wanted to say thank you for setting up our honeymoon to Jamaica for us. We stayed at the Couples Negril resort for 6 nights (July

25th-31st) and absolutely loved every moment of it!!! As you had promised, the beaches were beautiful and the food was marvelous! Plus, the couples massage and champagne for honeymooners were an added delight. (For future reference, please inform your honeymooners to bring some proof of recent marriage with them--marriage certificate, ring with wedding date engraved, etc in order to get the massage and champagne). While on the resort, there were countless activities for us to participate in. It was all just amazing! Like I said before, our honeymoon was absolutely wonderful, and Jerry and I were very pleased with the great package and deal that you were able to provide us. Thanks again for your services. We will definitely keep you in mind for our future travels.

Just wanted to let you know that everything was spectacular on our trip!  We were extremely pleased with everything!  Maui was beautiful and every day was awesome.  We are so grateful for everything that you did for us.  You saved our wedding!! :-)  We've told everyone what a great job you did, especially given the 24-48 hours window you had to work with.  We would have been thrilled with this trip if we had started planning a year ago.  To think that you pulled it together in only a day or two is something else.  Thank you very, very much!!!

Also, we want to tell you that Jeff was GREAT at planning and performing our wedding (also with much shorter notice than usual).  He found a great location and rounded up a videographer, photographer and musician that were all excellent.  We are beyond thrilled with the video they shot, and they even got it to us before we left (instead of the usual 3-4 week waiting time) since we wanted to show it at our reception.  I really can't say enough about how happy we are with the whole thing.  Jeff has our unqualified recommendation if you ever have any other couples thinking of getting married in Maui.  I would love to show you the video sometime!  It brings tears to my eyes every time I see it. :-)  The video starts with some shots of Maui, then our ceremony, then an excellent bunch of clips of us, set to beautiful music, that I would not take a million dollars for right now.

Anyway, we'll give you some more details later (including how much we loved the Westin Maui).  Just wanted to give you a quick update now that we are back!

Received your “note”, thanks for your help and follow up.  We had an incredible trip to Alaska – I recommend this to anyone wanting to cruise!!

We had no “issues” at all, everything went as planned – from the airlines,  bus transfer, cruise and going back home!!  We felt very lucky not to have any issues interfere with our vacation!!  The accommodations were fabulous – and we loved having the extra room in our suite. Mom and Dad – both – were as lucky as one could get in the casino.  Came out a winner almost every night!!  I’ll tell you more about the trip when I see you – but again, it was a great trip and I thank you for your role in making this wonderful vacation a reality!! The memories we share are priceless and will last a lifetime!!

  Well we are back and I wanted to send a little note to you. Thank you so much for helping us with our honeymoon to Jamaica! Couples Swept Away was absolutely spectacular! Thank you for getting us upgraded from a Garden Suite to a Garden Verandah! The view we had was amazing. We were blessed to have not only a view of the beautiful gardens, but the ocean as well! We couldn't have had a more beautiful view. The water....OH MY GOODNESS, the water was breath taking!! We couldn't believe how clear and transparent it was! Everything was absolutely amazing at the resort! We never would have been able to enjoy any of it, if it hadn't been for you! THANK YOU THANK YOU

Hey Dawn,

We are back and had a great time. Our friends did get an upgraded room and our room was very nice also. We golfed and took a powerboat trip to Virgin Gorda, Baths, and two other places.  That day it did rain, but we were in bathing suites for snorkeling anyway. 

We shopped till we dropped and have the arm candy to prove it.  I’m enclosing a picture I took, that is now my screen saver.  Thanks for your help and you did a great job.
