Our love story brought us here, and this July 2024, we hope you’ll be there to embark on the best part of our love story as we set sail to forever - we’re getting married!
Ahmed and Lamel met around 2004 at the New York State Veterans Home, where they both worked. They officially began dating in November of 2005 and the rest is history. Then nearly two decades later Ahmed decided to put a ring on it and popped the big question on Lamel’s birthday December 4th, 2020. And she happily said, “Yes."
These two are excited about saying “I Do” because they have yet to share their love story with family and friends. Family is an important and essential thing to the couple. Although they are not your traditional couple, they wanted to do something traditional that would include their loved ones.
This will be one of the most memorable moments in their lifetime, and they want you all to come sail away on this fantastic voyage.

Carnival Venezia
It's a long way from Venice to NYC, but Carnival Venezia thinks the two could be next-door neighbors. This ship is now sailing from its Big Apple homeport.
What can you expect to find in this ship? Well, there’s more than a little Italy in this one — that’s why we’re calling this new type of cruising Fun Italian Style™. There’s great entertainment at the red-velvety Teatro Rosso and its Playlist Productions™ shows, plus Gondola Lounge was inspired by the famous canals of Venice.
Terrazza staterooms are a whole new way to stay in style and comfort, all in a great location close to amenities like the exclusive Terrazza Carnevale, a private terrace deck made for lounging, sipping and fun, day or night!

Booking Window: We highly recommend booking your cabin as soon as possible while availability lasts. All reservation requests must be submitted by January 30th, 2024.
Deposit: A $250 per person, non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking.
Please Note:
- Rates are based on current promotion, cabin type, cabin location on the ship, and number of guests in the cabin.
- There is limited availability in each category for the group rates listed below.
- If the current sale price is lower than the group rate, cabin promotions will be applied at time of booking. Once the deposit is made, adding on promotions is subject to availability.
- Triple and Quad occupancy cabins are held at the lowest sale price at the time of booking. These cabins are extremely limited, and we highly recommend booking as soon as possible.
- Each reservation is due in full by March 30th, 2024.
- *Ocean View cabins (without a balcony) are available upon request and are listed below at the current starting price.
Additional Charges
Gratuities: Current rates for pre-paid gratuities are $128.00 per person. Gratuities are subject to change at the discretion of the cruise line. Gratuities can be added on at any time and are due in full at the time of purchase.
Drink Packages
All beverage packages are due in full at the time of purchase and prices are subject to change at any time.
Bottomless Bubbles: Enjoy ice-cold refreshments during meals, during shows, during, well... anytime you want with Bottomless Bubbles. This unlimited soda program lets you indulge in all-you-can-drink soda and juice for the full length of your cruise. Sweet! Bottomless Bubbles is available for purchase at the Lobby, Casino and Pool Bars. Restrictions apply.
Cost: Starting at $6.95 for children per day, $9.50 for adults per day.
Cheers!: Enjoy the ease of paying one flat price for your spirited beverages over the entire length of your cruise. Now, that’s something to cheer about! Cheers package begins on Day 2 for ships sailing from New York - activation will occur at 6:00 AM on the second day of the cruise.
Cost: Starting at $59.95 for adults only, per person, per day.
