  1. Do you charge a planning fee?

    Yes, we do request a non-refundable deposit starting at $100 for research and design. The fee ensures that the advice, research, and intellectual property that is invested into our custom proposals is appropriately valued. During the complimentary consultation, our travel advisors will inform each guest of the fee and determine if our travel agency is the best fit for the client's travel requirements. 

  2. Is it more expensive to work with a travel advisor?

    No, we pride ourselves on respecting our clients' budgets. As a leader in the travel industry, we enjoy insider access to the best travel offers, exclusive rates, and travel perks for our clients. Additionally, we save our clients from wasting time, travel mishaps, and booking mistakes, that DIYers and big-booking platformers are accustomed to. 

  3. Do you reserve Airbnb or Vrbo (Vacation Rentals by Owner)?

    No, we work with hoteliers, resorts, and select accommodations, to ensure our clients receive professional service, consistent comfort, and ideal locations. 

  4. What types of travel services do you offer?

    From securing flights, choosing accommodations, coordinating transportation, reserving destination experiences, and selecting travel insurance options, we are a complete travel service who plans and coordinates every detail of your travel experience.  

 

Planning 

  1. How do I get in touch with an independent advisor? 

    Submit a contact form on our website detailing the advisor you prefer to work with, or give us a call at our office, (336) 299-4164, and we'll get you in touch. 

  2. Can I meet with a travel advisor in person?

    You can talk face-to-face with a travel advisor, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, at our office location in Jamestown, North Carolina. If an independent advisor is based near you, you can request a meeting. 

  3. When is the best time to begin planning?

    Flight schedules are released 330 days in advance. We typically recommend planning 9 to 11 months prior to your desired travel dates. 

  4. How do I begin planning with a travel advisor?

    You can begin planning by submitting a contact form on our website or by scheduling a complimentary consultation with a travel advisor. You can also give us a call at our office at (336) 299-4164, and walk-ins are always welcome at our office location in Jamestown, North Carolina.

 

Payments

  1. What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept all forms of payment: checks, credit/debit cards, and even cash. 

  2. How can I pay for my trip?

    If the final payment is due at a later date, clients can schedule automatic payments with us or pay any amount as they wish - payment schedules are not required. If the travel experience is not paid in full prior to the final due date, then all reservations are subject to cancellation. 

  3. When is the final payment due for my trip?

    Typically, final due dates are set 45-60 days prior to your first day of travel.

  4. Is my trip refundable?

    There are many refundable options that can be explored with a travel advisor. From cancel-for-any-reason waivers to travel insurance policies, which cover circumstances that medical insurance companies do not, our travel advisors can navigate coverage options and tailor travel protection to each client.  

 

After Travel

  1. How do I file a travel insurance claim?

    If a travel insurance policy is purchased through our travel advisors, please contact your travel advisor prior to filing a claim. Our travel advisors are experienced at navigating insurance policies and will guide you through the process. 

  2. I thoroughly enjoyed my travel experience, how do I leave a review?

  3. Part of my travel experience was not as expected, who can I talk to?
