Price Drop Promise (PDP) is available on new bookings made by September 2, 2025 for travel between January 1, 2026 and December 31, 2026. Deposit due at time of booking to lock in price; full payment is due within seven days of the initial booking to qualify for PDP. The PDP applies to all Trafalgar worldwide land tours; does not apply to flights, insurance, pre/post-night accommodations, optional experiences or river cruises and is not applicable to Group or Last Minute Deals bookings. Prices advertised are per person, land only, based on double occupancy and are subject to availability; may change or be withdrawn at any time without notice. If the tour and departure date is advertised at a lower price after full payment has been received, guests are entitled to a refund of the price difference. Requests for price adjustments must be made prior to the trip departure date. The PDP is non-transferable. Trafalgar reserves the right to verify eligibility and validate the lower price.
